Body - On damp skin begin scrubbing your upper limbs from your wrist to your shoulders towards your heart. Necft, scrub your legs from the top of your foot to your hips on both sides. Work your way up your trunk from your hips and down from your shoulders towards your heart. Do similar routine for your back.
